The Problem of Dust Protection
Dust masks are rarely seal well, are incompatable with other PPE, and can be so uncomfortable that workers choose not to wear one.
Proper dust protection is about the quality of filtration, and the length of time the mask is worn. The best mask provides no help when it's left in the toolbox.
Comfort
Let's strap a hot, itchy and tight mask to your face, then add a hard hat, glasses, ear muffs, and a bug net. Now go work a 10hr shift in the blazing heat. Sound fun? We don't think so either.
Our Magic Silicone Exoskeleton
Our unique patented exoskeleton provides even sealing pressure on the perimeter of a standard dust mask, without the straps!
The mask is held in place with Polartec Delta cooling fabric instead of thin straps, spreading the sealing force onto a larger area.
This allows better dust filtering than standard tube scarfs, and is easy to raise and lower.
Soft, yet strong
Our patented exoskeleton is soft enough to mould to the wearers face and utilise the mask's metal nose sealing strip.
It's also strong enough to provide structure to the mask which allows sealing to be achieved from the fabric pressure.
The worker only feels soft Polartec Delta fabric on the skin, the silicone exoskeleton is pressed into the fabric behind it.
